Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solvimate website (solvimate.com) and related online services, including contact forms, career or vendor applications, customer support, and certificate verification. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Solvimate

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use our business services. Admin or internal portals are restricted to authorized personnel only. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials issued to you and for activity under your account.

3. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' information
  • Interfere with site security, availability, or performance
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content in bulk without prior written permission
  • Upload malware or abusive, defamatory, or infringing content

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Inquiries, applications, and proposals

Submitting a contact form, support request, or application does not create a service contract until both parties agree in writing (for example a statement of work, purchase order, or employment / engagement agreement). Project fees, timelines, deliverables, confidentiality, and IP ownership are defined in those separate commercial documents.

5. Certificate verification

The certificate verification portal is provided to help confirm the authenticity of credentials issued by Solvimate. Verification results depend on records available in our systems at the time of lookup. Display of a valid status does not create employment, partnership, or other rights beyond what the credential itself represents. Misuse of verification IDs or forged documents is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by Solvimate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from site materials without prior written consent, except for fair personal viewing of publicly available pages.

Client deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the applicable project agreement, not these general website Terms.

7. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites or services (for example LinkedIn or maps). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The website and public tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvimate disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvimate and its partners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of website use is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) for website-related services in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvimate from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
